7. Member Content

8. Paid Subscription & Automatic Renewal
We offer membership plans billed upfront in USD, non-refundable except in limited cases. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled via your account settings. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method works at renewal.
9. Refund Policy
Members must commit to at least 3 months. If you cancel within the first 30 days and we cannot resolve the issue, we’ll issue a full refund; otherwise, no refunds are available.
10. Liability & Indemnification
Site content and services are provided “as-is.” Rewrite Collective and Coaching LLC disclaims all implied warranties and limits liability to the greater of $100 or fees paid in the prior 12 months. You agree to indemnify us for any legal claims arising from your usage or content.

These Terms are governed by Florida law, with disputes litigated in Pinellas County courts. You waive class-action rights and trial by jury where legally allowed.
15. Notices & Assignment
Notices to Rewrite Collective and Coaching LLC should be sent to jennifer@therapyforcyclebreakers.com. We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.
16. Control & Location
The Site is operated from the U.S.; foreign users must comply with local laws and are responsible for legal compliance.
