These Terms of Service form a legal agreement (“Terms”) between you and Rewrite Collective and Coaching LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Rewrite Collective and Coaching LLC”), governing your use of our Site and any related services. 3. No Therapy, Counseling, or Clinical Relationship
Re:Write Collective & Coaching, LLC is an educational and coaching business. Services provided through Re:Write Collective are not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, supervision, crisis services, healthcare, or legal advice. Participation in coaching, workshops, courses, memberships, consultations, or other services does not establish: A therapist-client relationship. A supervisor-supervisee relationship. A patient-provider relationship. A legal or fiduciary relationship. 4. No Guarantees
We provide education, strategies, tools, and coaching designed to support professional and business growth. However, we make no guarantees regarding: RevenueProfitability, Client acquisition, Marketing success, Hiring outcomes, Business growth, Licensing outcomes, Practice expansion, Financial results, Results vary based on individual effort, implementation, market conditions, experience, and factors beyond our control. Testimonials, examples, case studies, and success stories are not guarantees of future results.
5. Professional Responsibility
Participants remain solely responsible for: Clinical decisions, Documentation practices, Hiring decisions, Employment practices, Marketing activities, Financial decisions, Tax obligations, Insurance participation, Legal compliance, Licensing requirements, Ethical responsibilities, Information provided by Re:Write Collective should not replace consultation with attorneys, accountants, licensing boards, insurance specialists, human resources professionals, or other qualified experts.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Re:Write Collective and Coaching LLC remain the intellectual property of the Company. This includes but is not limited to: CoursesWorkbooks, Templates, Videos, Worksheets, Presentations, Downloads, Coaching materials, Website content, Logos, Branding, Marketing materials. You may use purchased materials for your personal business use only unless otherwise specified. You may not: Reproduce, Sell, Share, Republish, Redistribute, Copy, License, Modify for resale without written permission.
7. Digital Products and Downloads
Due to the immediate access provided to digital products, templates, downloads, recordings, courses, and educational materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of materials is prohibited.
8. Coaching Programs and Consultations
Coaching services are educational and consultative in nature. Clients understand that: Coaching is not therapy. Coaching does not guarantee business success. Decisions made following coaching are the sole responsibility of the participant. The Company is not responsible for outcomes resulting from implementation of coaching recommendations.
9. Group Coaching and Workshops
Group coaching programs, workshops, masterminds, and educational events may include participation from multiple individuals. Participants agree to: Behave respectfully, Maintain professionalism, Avoid harassment or discrimination, Respect differing viewpoints. The Company reserves the right to remove participants who disrupt the learning environment without refund.
10. Confidentiality
We encourage all participants to maintain confidentiality regarding information shared during coaching programs, workshops, and group discussions. However, we cannot guarantee confidentiality from other participants. Participants assume responsibility for deciding what information they disclose.
11. Recording Consent
Workshops, webinars, coaching sessions, trainings, and group programs may be recorded. By participating, you consent to the recording of your attendance, voice, comments, questions, and participation. Recordings may be used for: Educational purposes, Membership content, Future trainings, Marketing materials, Promotional purposes where legally permitted.
12. Memberships and Subscription Services
Membership fees are billed in advance and may automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
13. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing:Digital products are non-refundable. Downloadable resources are non-refundable. Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable. Missed appointments are non-refundable. Specific programs may have separate refund policies communicated at registration.
14. Cancellation Policy
For individual coaching or consultation appointments:Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. The Company reserves the right to determine exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Re:Write Collective and Coaching LLC shall not be liable for:Lost profits, Lost business opportunities, Loss of data, Business interruptions, Employment decisions, Legal disputes, Licensing complaints, Tax consequences, Financial losses, arising from use of our services, content, coaching, products, or materials. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the applicable service.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Re:Write Collective and Coaching LLC, its owners, contractors, employees, affiliates, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:Your use of our services, Your business activities, Your implementation of recommendations, Violation of these Terms.
17. Testimonials
Testimonials represent individual experiences and results. They are not guarantees that current or future participants will achieve similar outcomes.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external websites .Accessing third-party websites is done at your own risk.
19. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access, remove content, or discontinue participation in any program at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
