Hey I am Jennifer!
I'm a licensed psychotherapist, qualified clinical supervisor, business coach, and former group practice owner.
Over five years, I built a thriving six-figure group practice from the ground up before successfully selling it. I didn't have investors, a huge marketing budget, or a secret formula. I started with a borrowed $700, a lot of determination, and plenty of mistakes. Within 5 years I grew a group practice to a 11 therapist, a full internship program, Lunch & Learns and SOLD my practice in 2024.
And that's exactly why I created this program.
I've watched too many talented practice owners get stuck. Stuck seeing too many clients. Stuck undercharging. Stuck managing a team instead of leading one. Stuck wondering why everyone else's practice seems to be growing faster than theirs.
The truth? Most practice owners don't need another course. They need need a coach that actually has the tools that work and someone who has actually been where they are.
